GRAND Sultan Tea Resort & Golf

Sreemangal, the tea capital of Bangladesh, is adorned by layers of tea gardens along with occasional citrus gardens. Our client wanted to build a five-star resort that would allow the guests to blend with the nature in luxury and splendor.   The majestic and captivating natural beauty of Sreemangal inspired the rise and birth of Grant Sultan. Each curve of landscape, ornamentations of the infrastructure, elevations and water bodies create perfect harmony with the nature surrounding it. Once a lemon garden, The Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf now stands with its glorified embodiment of a Palace in the tea garden. Though the initial plan was to build an unobtrusive 4 storied building, in order to remain businesswise viable, it had to be an 8 storied one. Yet all efforts were made to seamlessly blend it with nature with the help of landscaping, the mini golf course and a little lake. There is a predominant oriental influence in both its interior and exterior design. The floral motifs on ceiling, wall, screen and carpet complemented each other and reinforced the notion of grandness. The entire premise is adequately lit without disturbing the sight. The heated swimming pool is very strategically placed between three hills, technically hiding it from the rooms. The service building is tucked right behind the main building to allow smooth operation.  They have rightfully called it Hilltop Kabana, the open restaurant with a live kitchen and splendid view of the hills and the lake. The cantilever extends over the tea garden and lets you float over it. We have intentionally kept it open, letting the visitors have a true feel of the tea gardens.  From land selection till the inauguration, we teamed up with the client, the foreign consultants and the contractors and tirelessly worked to bring out the true expressions of Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf. The once lemon garden is now a luxurious holiday destination for many from around the country.
