A three-storey house on a 4,986-square-foot wedge of a plot reached off a three-metre lane — built as an exposed concrete frame that steps out into terraces on every level.
The challenge
Three metres of lane serve the site, and the plot narrows to a wedge, so parking, the entrance walk and private outdoor space all had to be found within it.
The approach
The house sits back behind a strip of lawn crossed by stepping stones to a timber door, with one car parked alongside under a projecting slab. Above, the concrete frame runs on past the enclosure as open bays, carrying planted terraces on each upper floor and an external stair to the roof.

Architecture for a three-storey house of 1,615 to 1,815 sft floors on a 4,986 sft site. Taher Villa, TO CONFIRM.
