A 45,200-square-foot international school for Confidence Group in Basundhara, Dhaka — drawing on Bengali vernacular motifs and structural greenery to shape a learning environment rooted in place.
Design philosophy
The school is conceived as an environment that nurtures — where architecture, daylight and greenery support how children learn and grow.
Bengali vernacular, in contemporary form
Traditional Bengali architectural motifs are reinterpreted in a contemporary language, carrying cultural continuity into the classrooms, circulation and courtyards. Structural greenery and passive design keep the building cool and calm.
Scope of work
Architecture and landscape design for a 45,200 sft educational campus. Confidence Group, 2024 — under construction.
