A 1.2-million-square-foot denim manufacturing campus for Square in Valuka, Mymensingh — master planned around production flow and a north–south orientation that lets the buildings breathe.
Designing a textile campus at this scale means reconciling relentless production flow with a building that stays comfortable and efficient in Bangladesh's climate.
The master plan orients the production blocks north–south to draw natural ventilation and daylight through the sheds, easing reliance on mechanical cooling while keeping material moving cleanly from intake to dispatch. Support, utilities and landscape are planned around the working core.
