A 1.2-million-square-foot denim manufacturing campus in Valuka, Mymensingh — master planned around natural ventilation and production flow for one of Bangladesh’s leading denim producers.
Square Denims needed an at-scale industrial campus that could carry a demanding production programme without compromising environmental performance. The buildings are set on a north–south orientation so that daylight and prevailing air movement work with the manufacturing process rather than against it. The master plan organises production, utility, washing, store, chemical storage and effluent treatment into a single coherent, efficient whole.
Master planning, industrial architecture and a natural-ventilation strategy across a 1,245,816 sft campus for Square Denims. Completed 2018.
