A 21,350-square-foot mechanical, electrical and plumbing building for Crony Group — technical infrastructure given a deliberately crafted, raw character.
Few MEP buildings are designed to be good-looking; Crony Group has two, serving all its business units. These are highly technical buildings where every function has to run efficiently and in concert. Openings are placed for daylight and ventilation, and a palette of fair-face concrete, exposed brick, dark louvers and greenery gives the structure a synthesised, sophisticated rawness.
