Thirteen floors up, a restaurant seating eighty across indoor, private and terrace tables — worked in coffered plaster, panelled walls, pale timber floors and brass fittings.
The challenge
A single rectangular plate had to carry a kitchen, a private dining room, an open dining floor and an outdoor terrace, with the whole service run kept out of the diners’ sightline.
The approach
Kitchen, stores and washing are banked along the back and side walls so the dining room keeps the two glazed edges and opens onto the terrace. A coffered ceiling in cream and blush, panelled walls and slatted screens on brass feet break the floor into smaller settings, and brass globe pendants hang low over the tables.

Interior design for a thirteenth-floor restaurant, private dining room and roof terrace. TERRA, TO CONFIRM.
