A fire-escape stair at Shezad Palace, Gulshan-2 — a building-code requirement turned into a facade sculpture.
At Shezad Palace, a mandatory fire-escape stair became an opportunity rather than an obligation. REINCARNATION designed it as a sculptural element on the facade, echoing the louvre-patterned steel screens of the existing building so the addition reads as part of the architecture, not bolted on.
