Minister’s manufacturing campus is master planned around a single spine road — refrigerator and air-conditioner sheds on either side, with the office and showroom block held at the gate.
The challenge
Very large production sheds, a warehouse, staff housing and a public-facing showroom had to share one long site without goods traffic and visitors crossing paths.
The approach
The plan splits along one straight service road: the refrigerator sheds take one side, the air-conditioner shed, warehouse and staff housing the other, and the showroom and office block sit at the entrance. The sheds are repeated bays of brick and metal panel under pitched steel roofs, trimmed with planting boxes and a red gate canopy.
