A 9,600-square-foot mosque in Baraulkunda, Chittagong — distilling the essential elements of a place of worship into a meditative identity within an industrial community.
Built within KSRM’s shipyard, the mosque sets function and symbolism in harmony. Qibla orientation, ablution and congregation space are resolved with restraint, and architectural simplicity turns the building into a quiet, meditative counterpoint to its industrial surroundings.
Architecture and interiors for a 9,600 sft mosque for KSRM. Completed 2021.
