A 1,800-square-foot executive suite for Green Delta Insurance in Mohakhali — an office renovation that balances open, bright continuity with the privacy an MD’s floor demands, in a blend of sophisticated simplicity and colourful modernity.
Renovation is always the harder brief — there are feelings, existing furniture, budget constraints and the comfort of the old space to honour, and yet something new is expected out of it all. Green Delta Insurance Company wanted a bright, contemporary workspace that reflects the company’s vision. The design holds two demands in balance: visual continuity across the suite, and the discretion an executive floor needs — resolved with glass partitions, blinds and slatted timber screens that divide without closing off. Warm marble, wood panelling and accents of green and mustard give the result its character: a blend of sophisticated simplicity and colourful modernity.
