An apartment building for KSRM Group on a 6,568 sft city plot — two residential blocks set either side of a central circulation core, with planted balconies stepping up every face.
The challenge
A tight urban plot ringed by mature trees and neighbouring buildings had to carry parking, shared amenity and a full stack of flats without losing daylight or the trees.
The approach
The footprint is pulled back from the plot edges so the existing trees stand, and parking drops to a basement below a ground-floor driveway. Above, the plan splits in two around the lifts and stair: living and utility rooms on one side, dining and kitchen on the other, each with a planted projecting balcony.
