In Bangladesh’s denim hub, Square Denim Ltd blends fashion and eco-consciousness on a vast 28.6-acre canvas of Mymensingh district. The scale of this Industrial Project is huge. The planning of the master plan was done with great precision. The master plan was developed considering surrounding environment. The Functional flow of an Industry is well maintained in this project which increased the efficiency of production and also time saving. The buildings are placed in north-south orientation to maximize natural ventilation and light. Other supporting structures like ETP, Chemical warehouse, utility building etc. were developed in design accordingly. A small water body also flows through the site, no structure was developed to disrupt the flow of water. This Site initially had a main road which was not changed during the design process, maintaining its originality the secondary road was branched from it. Initially, there were a lot of trees in this site the buildings were placed in such a way that has preserved most of the trees and greenery.
