Pacific Casual Ltd. is also another production unit of pacific jeans located inside Chittagong town. This building is constructed on a land of area 1 acre. The site of this project is quite squarish resulting the plan a pure form and the outcome of the building looks like a cuboid. On the roof the structure has been exposed to maintain the purity of the shape. This project was also done in modular system which reduced the time of construction and cost. Maximum openings are provided on the north and south side of the building increasing natural ventilation and allowing natural light. The services are located on the east and west side and minimizing the opening on these two side to reduce heat gain.
