The RMG factory building has several design considerations that came from all the demands of the functions that are supposed to run in the building bearing the individuality of the building. The design of the structure is highly focused on functional efficiency and low maintenance where it adds aesthetic value. On the other hand, part of it sinks under the building along with all the considerations. The vast amount of openings on the north & south walls of the building allow cross ventilation. ion all through the structure and these opening floods the interior space with natural light which increases the sustainability of the building. The floor layout plan is very efficiently designed. Cores have been provided on each side of the building two main cores are placed on the east-west side which reduces the heat gain of the structure. The placement of cores on the edges of the building provides an intensive amount of free space inside the building which eases circulation for the user. The roof of the building has boundless greenery that blends with surrounding greenery and merges the building with the natural environment.
