Predominant vertical lines mark all the establishments of Crony Group and the Fabric Dyeing and knitting building is no exception. Irregular arrangement of naked brick walls and glass windows gave a sense of dynamism to the eye. This land near Shitolokkha river is also disected by power grid and we had to accommodate a tower right at one of the edges. Leaving safe enough space for the wires, we adjusted the building shape according to the constraints yet accommodated all requirements. There is dedicated space for every function. It is a composite structure designed in accordance to the landscape pattern with all relevant safety measures.
