CRONY ETP

The most interesting part of this project is how a knit composite factory accommodated its ETP within the building. Part of it sinks under the building and the rest looks up at the sky. The fenestration very closely resembles the knitting pattern of the fabric. The front structure allowed space for greenery and it added to the look. The RCC structure is designed to achieve functional efficiency and requires very low maintenance. The assortment of void spaces made the place breathable and allowed natural air circulation. Staircases at the edge are wrapped with louver, allowing controlled visibility and airflow. The rooftop has green spaces and voids for relaxation during office breaks.
