Karim Residence is a completed renovation in Bashundhara, Dhaka. Across 12,736 square feet, the intervention worked through landscape, lighting and materiality to make the existing home calmer and more cohesive. A Zen garden anchors the scheme — layered greenery, natural stone and water bringing a meditative balance to the outdoor space. Wall textures were redefined to sit with the existing architecture while adding a contemporary note, and ambient lighting threaded through the exterior and garden picks out those textures and warms the property after dark: a refined transformation that respects the original structure while enriching the everyday experience with nature and quiet elegance.
