Industrial projects are all about balancing multiple parameters – time to operation, functionalities, budget, aesthetics, future expansion etc. With years of experience in designing industrial projects, we now know how to play with all the challenges. Our client wished for a factory building that would not look like any other and we designed one. Whoever is entering Adamzee EPZ, no one can miss this dark grey colored structure. The fenestration features asymmetric windows and an interesting looking roof railing. A slanted plain mark the entry and driveway. As you enter the office block, you can feel a chic and posh interior with a lot of recycled wood and vivid colors. The office blocks are strategically placed at the two sides of the main shed in L shape. From the managers’ offices, one can see the whole production floor in a single frame, almost like a painting. There are vibrant leading lines on the roof and walls to bring more life in the office environment. The main production area has double height roof, making the space comfortable to work and pleasing for the eyes. To ensure seamless functioning of different sections and gain greater efficiency, the layout of the factory and its circulation were given additional attention.
